A typical example of the contribution we can make can be seen through the way we work with Halton Borough Council. Here, we are responsible for providing the Halton Domestic Abuse Service on behalf of the Council, offering everything from information, advice and support through to counselling and mediation to anyone affected by a violent, abusive or unhealthy relationship within the Runcorn and Widnes area.
